Alfa Laval Stevensloop

The Alfa Laval Stevensloop is Nijmegen’s city run, taking place on 20 March 2027. The start is in the iconic Kronenburgerpark, and the finish is right in the centre of the oldest city in the Netherlands. The different courses offer varied routes through the city centre, past the city island, along Nijmegen’s skyline and through the natural surroundings of the Ooijpolder. The event is organised by Stichting Zevenheuvelenloop, which aims to get as many people as possible moving and provide a great running experience.

A supervised cloakroom for small bags is available at the start in Kronenburgerpark. The Voerweg is a challenging climb towards the end of the 5 km and half marathon, with a special Alfa Laval Cheering Zone where spectators and music provide extra encouragement. The Alfa Laval Hill Challenge rewards the fastest climb up the Voerweg with a €100 gift voucher for Runnersworld. Registration opens on 1 October 2026, race numbers can be collected in March 2027, and the event takes place on 20 and 21 March 2027.
