Freedom Run Wageningen

The Freedom Run Wageningen is a running event that celebrates freedom and connection in the city of liberation. Organised by Lions Club Wageningen, participants run in support of Stichting Kind en Kans, which supports children from families with limited means. The run offers four distances and takes participants through beautiful natural areas and the city, mainly along paved cycle paths. Everyone is welcome to take part and contribute to a future in which no child is left on the sidelines.

Timing with a Race Result bib tag at the start/finish; an additional live intermediate timing point at 6 km for the 15k and 21k. A medal is available for €5. T-shirts can be ordered when registering. The organisers encourage sustainable transport and use sustainable materials, such as medals made from potato starch or waste wood and rPET cups at drink stations. Setting: city run; timing via bib tag; start/finish at Visum Mundi; parking near the start/finish; registration by advance entry only.
