Jigler - Run by Night Barneveld

The Jigler Run by Night is Barneveld’s most atmospheric running event, taking place on Friday evening, 13 November 2026. The start and finish are at Sportpark Norschoten, the sports complex of SDV Barneveld. Participants can choose from a 5-kilometre run, a 10-kilometre run or the corporate run. The course passes through the Norschoten neighbourhood and offers an enjoyable, sporty evening, with atmosphere-enhancing accessories such as lights and fluorescent clothing. There is a special corporate run for businesses, with a pasta buffet beforehand and an after-party with a DJ and singer.

Toilets, changing rooms and showers are available. There are no lockers. The organisers are not liable for the loss of valuables. The corporate run requires at least three runners per team. A shared pasta buffet takes place before the corporate run, followed by an after-party with a DJ and singer. Parking is available at Sportpark Norschoten, Aeres, Schaffelaarse Bos and Vetkamp. Cycling is recommended. Parts of the route are not closed to traffic, so please pay attention to road safety. Atmosphere-enhancing accessories such as lights and luminous balloons are encouraged. The run is a nighttime event without official road closures, with parking available at SDVB and nearby. Registration is required.
