Amersfoort Night Run

The Amersfoort Night Run is a new running event taking place on Friday evening, 13 November 2026. During this unique night run, you’ll run through an atmospheric, illuminated city, past light installations, live music and surprising entertainment. The route follows the River Eem and passes through Amersfoort city centre, with views of historic landmarks such as the medieval city wall, Monnikendam, the Onze Lieve Vrouwetoren and the Koppelpoort. The event combines sport with an immersive experience and is officially timed, making it a genuine race too. After the run, there’s a lively afterparty at the KAdE Café on Eemplein to celebrate your achievement.
