NN Dam tot Damloop 2026

The NN Dam tot Damloop is the Netherlands’ biggest running festival, starting in Amsterdam and finishing in Zaandam. The 10 English Miles route takes you through the unique IJ Tunnel and past lively music and cheering crowds in Amsterdam-Noord. In 2026, the event celebrates its 40th edition with a festive programme and an unforgettable finish on Peperstraat in Zaandam. After the finish, you can enjoy the celebrations at the Dam tot Dam Park during the Finish Festival.

Registration opens in stages: Le Champion members can register from 6 April through 17 April, after which general registration opens on 18 April. A Premium Business Package is available for teams. The Business Run is popular with companies, with more than 25,000 participants. A free BackStory race bib is available. After the finish, there is a Finish Festival at the Dam tot Dam Park. Participants can choose from several distances, virtual options and special anniversary activities. The event has a festive, supportive atmosphere, with music and merchandise available.
