LoveLife Run Amsterdam

LoveLife Run Amsterdam is a special running event taking place on October 10 at the Olympic Stadium. Courageous current and former cancer patients run 5 or 10 kilometers alongside their loved ones and healthcare providers to raise money for groundbreaking cancer research. Everyone is welcome to take part or support the participants, including people who have not had cancer themselves. The event combines an athletic challenge with a powerful message of hope and involvement.

Participants receive a LoveLife Run sports shirt and a medal. A 12-week training program is available under the guidance of specialist trainers. After the run, there is a group cheque presentation. The event recommends using public transport or cycling because of congestion and parking costs around the Olympic Stadium. The event is open to everyone, including current and former cancer patients, their family, friends, and healthcare providers. It focuses on recovery, self-confidence, and a sense of community, with a special emphasis on support and fundraising for cancer research.
