Race description
The Leiden Marathon is an atmospheric running event held in the historic city centre of Leiden and the surrounding area. The course passes the beautiful canals, cheering crowds, and the green polders and villages around the city. The start is on Koninginnelaan, and the finish is beneath the iconic finish arch at Vismarkt. Marathon weekend offers several distances, including 42 km, 21 km, 10 km, and a 5 km Nightrun, and is an experience for both runners and walkers.

The finish is a festive place, with large crowds along the course.
