Koningsloop Hasselt

The Koningsloop Hasselt is an annual running event held in the centre of Hasselt. The event offers various distances, including 5 and 10 km for adults and juniors, a Bambino Run for the very youngest, a Kids Run and a Heroes Run. The course passes through picturesque central Hasselt, with lovely views, including along the mill and across the Stenendijk. The Koningsloop is known as a sporting orange-themed celebration where people of all ages come together for an enjoyable and challenging running experience.

Adults and juniors run the same course and start at the same time. All participants receive a memento, and participants in the Heroes Run receive a trophy. Changing rooms and bag drop-off are available. The finish is at Burgemeester Royerplein via Justitie Bastion. Young people train on Thursday evenings; adults train on Wednesday evenings. Event photos are available and can be removed on request by email. Registration is via inschrijven.nl; the course starts and finishes in central Hasselt; parking is available at Gemeentehuis Zwartewaterland.
