KaaienLoop

The Kaaienloop is a lively running event in Oosterhout, starting and finishing at the Heuvel. The 24th edition takes place on Saturday, 8 May 2027, and offers a range of distances for the whole family, from the 550-metre Bambino Run to the challenging 10 kilometres through the city park and town centre. The varied routes are accompanied by live music from bands along the course, creating a festive atmosphere. The Kaaienloop is open to all ages and ability levels, with chip timing and a strong focus on sociability and sportsmanship.

Race numbers can be collected on the day from 15:30 until 15 minutes before the start at the stand in front of Heuvel 7. The Bambino Run is 550 metres through the city park and can be run with a parent accompanying the child. The 5 km consists of 2 laps of 2.5 km, and the 10 km consists of 4 laps of 2.5 km. Timing is recorded via a chip in the race number and start and finish mats. Results will be published on uitslagen.nl. Participants can register for various distances, and the event also includes youth and company races. Photos and results from previous editions are available online.
