Race description
Hollen door de Bollen is an annual running and walking event in the beautiful Bollenstreek area around Lisse, organised by Stichting Team Bollenstreek in collaboration with AV De Spartaan. All proceeds from the event go to Stichting Roparun, which supports palliative care for cancer patients. Routes range from short children’s runs to 30 km walks, with music and entertainment along the way and a convivial finish. The event puts taking part for charity ahead of competition, with no official timekeeping.

Additional information
The start location is AV De Spartaan, Spekkelaan 8, Lisse. There are various start times for walking and running distances, starting from 07:30. Entries are personal and include a personalised race number; no refunds are available in the event of cancellation. High-visibility vests are recommended on sections of the walking routes that use public roads. A special Shirt Action allows participants to earn a free anniversary shirt by finding sponsors. Routes range from 4.6 km to over 30 km. Advance registration is required; race numbers and shirts can be collected. Volunteers and sponsors are welcome.
