Halve van Helmond

De Halve van Helmond is a welcoming running and walking event held annually in Helmond and Stiphout. The main distance is the half marathon, consisting of two 10.55 km laps on a fully paved course, with the start and finish in the centre of Brandevoort. There are also shorter running distances of 10 km and 5 km, a corporate race, a kids’ run and a unique 2.5 km run, so there is a suitable distance for everyone. The event is known for its friendly organisation, scenic routes past sports parks and an enjoyable sporting experience for both competitive runners and recreational participants.

Race numbers can be collected on the day at wijkhuis ’t BrandPunt in Helmond (Brandevoort). There is a staffed cloakroom and changing rooms. A limited number of race entries are available for on-the-day registration for the running events; places are limited. The half marathon has a maximum time limit of 3 hours. Participants who have not started their second lap after 1 hour and 30 minutes will be withdrawn from the race. Running shirts can be ordered free of charge when registering, while stocks last. Race numbers can be collected on 11 and 12 April. Route information and timings will be shared online. The event takes place in Helmond and Stiphout.
