Halve Marathon van Haren

The RunX Haren Half Marathon is a spring classic, taking place for the 42nd time on Saturday, March 6, 2027, in Haren, Groningen. The event offers a sporty and enjoyable day, with distances of 21.1 km, 10 km, and 5 km recreational runs. The half marathon starts at 11:00 a.m. and the recreational runs at 11:20 a.m. By taking part, you support Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur Groningen, which helps children from families with limited means join sports or cultural clubs.

Race numbers will be sent by post at the end of February 2026. Changes to distance or participant can be submitted online until March 6, 2026, at 10:00 p.m., for a fee of €2.50. Medals are optional and cost an additional €2.50. The half marathon has a time limit of 150 minutes. The Road Traffic Act applies on the course. Registration opens on October 24, 2026; various routes are available for different levels; the event supports Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur Groningen.
