Race description
The Dinkelcross is a beautiful cross-country race organized by Iphitos in the De Zandbergen woodland and nature area in Losser. The race is part of the Twentse Cross Competitie and offers challenging courses that are entirely off-road, with sandy stretches, tough short hills, and a route along a branch of the River Dinkel. There are several distances for both youth and adults, ranging from 1 km to 10 km. The Dinkelcross is suitable for both competitive runners and recreational participants and embraces the Olympic ideal that taking part is more important than winning. After the race, participants can enjoy a friendly atmosphere and homemade cake at the Zaandhoes, the start and finish location.
