De 15 van Wassenaar

De 15 van Wassenaar is an atmospheric running event taking place on Sunday, 11 October 2026. Participants can choose between a distance of 15 kilometres or 7.5 kilometres, both of which run through Wassenaar’s village centre, estates and villa neighbourhoods. The event combines a sporting challenge with a festive atmosphere, including refreshments along the way, a medal and an after-party to celebrate the achievement. The race is organised with a focus on charitable causes and an engaged crowd along the scenic course.

All participants receive refreshments along the way, a race bib, a medal, fruit and their first drink at the finish. There is a staffed cloakroom and an after-party. The minimum age is 16 for the 7.5 km and 18 for the 15 km. There are 2 drink stations and a fruit point along the way. The route will be closed to traffic, with traffic marshals and temporary closures. Registration via the website; donations to charitable causes are possible. Start time is 14:30. Minimum age is 16 or 18. A medal and after-party are included.
