65 van Walcheren

The 65 van Walcheren is a challenging 65-kilometre ultrarun held in Westkapelle. Made possible in part by De Zeeuwse Verzekeringen, it is known as the most beautiful and toughest ultrarun in the region. The route takes participants past some of Walcheren’s most beautiful places and is open to both runners and walkers. The event is organised by dedicated volunteers and supports Stichting Roparun, which supports projects for people with cancer.

The event is organised in support of the charity Stichting Roparun. De Zeeuwse Verzekeringen is the title sponsor. Registration is linked to a crowdfunding platform where participants can raise money. There is a special shirt design for 2027. The event is open to both runners and walkers. It takes place on 7 March 2027 and attracts participants from the region and beyond. Results from previous years are also available on the website.
